Summer 1989? This was a photo taken of the parents in Budapest getting ready to go to some high class function. Some Navy friends and I travelled to Europe via military airlift command flight for $12 (that includes a meal). I remember that technically we were not supposed to go, since we were already accepted into the nuclear navy and travelling to Eastern Block countries was frowned upon.
